Stefan is a highly accomplished professional with a comprehensive background and an impressive 20-year track record in business management, marketing, sales, and development. Originally from England, he embarked on his journey to the United States as a child, eventually pursuing his education at The University of Texas in Austin, TX, following his time in boarding school and international exploration.

Stefan has traversed numerous cities throughout his career, including Scottsdale, AZ; Los Angeles, CA; and Portland, OR, before returning to Austin. It was there that he made a significant impact on the local market by pioneering the city's short-term rental industry with the establishment of STR Austin, the region's leading full-service short-term rental company. Leveraging his success, Stefan subsequently launched Flint Rock Property Management, Austin's premier short-term rental company, which he later merged with TurnKey Vacation Rentals. Additionally, he has collaborated with renowned organizations such as Vacasa and VHCstay, further augmenting his extensive industry knowledge and expertise.

Today, as the co-founder of Sweet Spot Rentals, Stefan brings forth his exceptional proficiency and unwavering dedication to supporting individual homeowners, investors, and property management companies in achieving their strategic objectives within the dynamic short-term rental market. Throughout his professional journey, Stefan has consistently demonstrated exemplary leadership, creativity, and a finely honed sense of equilibrium, contributing significantly to the success of the ventures he has been involved with.
